High Point Market 2025: A Fresh Dose of Design Inspiration

We’re back from High Point Market 2025—and wow, what a whirlwind of creativity! There’s nothing quite like walking through showroom after showroom filled with color, texture, and innovation. It’s like design heaven for those of us who live and breathe interiors.

This year’s market was all about warmth, incorporating natural materials, layers of texture and customization to allow us designers to make a space truly yours. We noticed a strong move toward earthy tones— mauve, burgundy, eggplant, chocolate browns, mossy greens, and deep blue hues—all paired beautifully with natural materials such as marble, warm wood tones, burl wood, alabaster, cain, glass, leather, metal, and rattan.

Cozy textures were everywhere, from nubby cut boucle to faux llama hair, reminding us that comfort and style can absolutely coexist.

Curves continue to steal the spotlight, with rounded furniture silhouettes softening spaces and creating that inviting, organic flow we love. And let’s not forget the details—statement lighting, sculptural decor, and European-inspired accents which added a touch of soul to every room.

In lighting, we saw a lot of oversized sculptural pieces or multi light elements mixed with alabaster, rattan and marble.  In rugs, there was a blend of the vintage traditional rug pattern and cut shag  to show a high/low profile. We also saw a lot more impressionistic rugs and geometric patterns vs. the vintage traditional rugs we’ve been seeing a lot of over the last few years. In furniture, we saw bold patterned marble everywhere. From nightstands to coffee tables to consoles, furniture makers were not afraid to bring beautiful, bold color and pattern choices through the use of marble.

We came home inspired and can’t wait to channel this energy into our upcoming projects. Expect to see more color, natural warmth, and playful texture combinations that bring personality and balance to every space we design.

Until the next market—our notebooks are full, our swatch bags are overflowing, and our creative wheels are turning. Stay tuned to see how these trends come to life in our next projects!
